Library opens after 2 years

The library has just opened up to the entire school for the first time in two years. Many pupils were very disappointed when the library and school shut down as they couldn’t access any new books from the school or local library. In the years 2020 and 2021 there was a very limited supply of books at school; there is now a much greater variety of books to choose from. It is very simple if you want to get a new book. Every class has a different scheduled time to get their books. Each child will be given their own library card, allowing them to borrow one book for up to two weeks. The books are organised in alphabetical order, so if a child wants a specific book they can find it easily (if they know the alphabet). After they choose a book, the teacher at the library desk will scan the book and library card. Then all the children will be able to enjoy the wonderful adventures of reading!
