On Sunday 12th November on Hillmorton Road there was a parade for Remembrance Day. The parade took place between 8am-12pm. It is set on Hillmorton Road because there is a monument for remembering all those who died in WWI and other wars but it was WWI that started it.
Talking about WWI it finished on the 11th month on the 11th day on the 11th hour! Our school (Hillmorton Primary) does a 2 minute sponsored silence every year to remember those people.
